Data and privacy
Everything you can do about your own data lives in Settings → My account → Data & Privacy. Open Settings from your avatar menu in the top-right corner of the app.
The section has five actions and a contact for anything they don't cover.
| Action | What it does | Reversible? |
|---|---|---|
| Export Data | Downloads a JSON file of your personal data and the platform resources you can see. | n/a |
| Cookie settings | Reopens the cookie consent dialog for this browser. | Yes |
| Screen my content for prompt injection | Switches off the check that sends your messages and tool results to Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety. On by default. | Yes |
| Clear All Chat History | Deletes all of your conversations and their messages. | No |
| Delete My Account | Deletes your account, your personal organisation and everything in it. | No |
Export your data
Under Export Your Data, select Export Data. The browser downloads a file named my-data-export-YYYY-MM-DD.json.
The export contains:
- your account details (username, email, name, sign-in provider and registration date)
- the organisations you belong to and your role in each
- your conversations and activity history
- your connected accounts (connection details, not the tokens)
- the agents, functions, teams, manifests, integrations, missions and workflows visible to you in the current project
- your personal settings
The export is assembled on the fly and streamed to your browser, so a large chat history can take a while. If the download is cut short, FYAI shows Export incomplete — please try again rather than saving a partial file. Try again; nothing is changed by a failed export.
Service accounts can't export data or delete themselves. These actions are only available to a signed-in person.
Cookies and analytics
Under Cookies & Analytics, select Cookie settings to turn optional analytics and session recording on or off. Your choice takes effect immediately and is remembered only in the current browser, so you need to set it again on another browser or device.
Content screening
Under Screen my content for prompt injection, you can switch off the check that looks for hidden instructions in your messages and in the results of tools, web pages, emails and documents. When it is on, that text is sent to Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety in Australia East for analysis. When it is off, nothing from your chats is sent, and agents are not protected against that kind of attack by this check.
The switch affects only you, and only chats you take part in. Scheduled and webhook runs follow your organisation's setting alone. An organisation Owner or Admin can switch screening off for the whole organisation under Settings → Organization → Content Screening.
See Content screening for what is sent, what is not, and what FYAI records.
Clear your chat history
Under Clear Chat History, select Clear All Chat History, then confirm with Clear History.
This permanently deletes every conversation you have had, including messages and session data. Your agents, teams, functions and other configuration are not affected. FYAI reports how many conversations it cleared.
To delete a single conversation instead, do it from Chat.
Delete your account
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Export your data first if you might need it.
- Under Delete Account, select Delete My Account.
- In Delete Account Permanently, type
delete my accountexactly. - Select Delete My Account. FYAI signs you out a moment later.
Deleting your account:
- deletes your personal organisation and everything in it — agents, teams, functions, conversations, workflows, missions, programs, dashboards, data sources, knowledge bases, memories, webhooks and other resources
- deletes the projects you created, in any organisation
- deletes your API keys
- disconnects your connected accounts and removes their stored tokens
- removes you from every organisation you belong to
- deletes your sign-in identity, so you can't log in with it again
What it does not delete:
- Shared organisations you own. They stay, without an owner. If other people still rely on one, transfer responsibility before you leave, or delete the organisation first from Settings → Organization (see Organisations and projects).
- Service accounts you created and invitations you sent. They remain, no longer linked to you.
