Review Queue

Governance → Review Queue lists every agent, team and function in the current project whose risk classification no person has confirmed yet. The platform proposes a level from what each object can do (see Risk classification); accepting a proposal records that a person agreed with it, which is the evidence an auditor asks for.

Anyone with the Viewer role or above can open the queue. Accepting needs the Editor role or above.

What the table shows

ColumnContents
NameThe agent, team or function.
Kindagent, team or function.
ProposedThe stored risk level, with its review badge — usually Proposed, or Understated if the stored level is below what the object's capabilities now derive to.
WhyThe risk notes, which for an automatic proposal give the rationale (for example "spawns a subprocess").
OwnerThe risk owner, or unassigned.

When the queue is empty you'll see Everything has been reviewed.

Accept proposals

  1. Open Governance → Review Queue.
  2. Narrow the list if you need to:
    • Kind — All, agent, team or function.
    • Proposed level — All, critical, high, medium, low or informational.
  3. Optionally type an email or name in Assign owner. It's recorded as the risk owner on every object you accept in this batch.
  4. Tick the objects you agree with, or use the header checkbox to select them all.
  5. Click Accept. The button shows how many objects you've selected.

The page reports Reviewed N objects, and names any it couldn't update. Accepted objects leave the queue and show as Reviewed everywhere.

tip

Accept records agreement with the level as proposed. If a level is wrong, open the object, change Risk Level on its Risk tab, click Update, then Mark as Reviewed.
